Video – Passenger Aircraft Lands Without Flaps At Chicago O’Hare!

CHICAGO, ILLINOIS – Watch in this video how an American Eagle Embraer E175LR lands at high speed at Chicago O’Hare International Airport on February 4, 2022. The footage – shot by The Curious Spotter – shows us how the airliner with registration number N249NN landed on runway 28C without the use of flaps, due to a malfunction, causing the aircraft to touchdown at an extreme high speed of 169 knots, according to Flightradar24 – a normal landing of an Embraer E175 is with a speed of 120 knots. The video also shows us the big difference between a normal and a no-flap landing. Flight AA4126 from Washington landed safely using the second exit of the runway. Fire trucks inspected the aircraft after landing for any possible fire hazard, but the aircraft was able tot taxi to the gate without any issues.
