SEATTLE, WASHINGTON – Last week Boeing shared this beautiful video of the 777X’ first flight. On January 25, 2020, the Boeing 777X took off for its first flight at Paine Field in Everett, Washington at 10:09 AM local time. During a 3 hour and 51 minute flight over Washington state, 777X Chief Pilot Van Chaney and Boeing Chief Pilot Craig Bomben began exercising the airplane’s systems and structures while the test team in Seattle monitored the data in real time.
