BETHESDA, MARYLAND – Lockheed Martin has exceeded its delivery commitment to joint governments in 2019 by delivering the 134th F-35 Lightning II last Monday. Next year, 141 more F-35 Lightning IIs will be delivered. A total of 134 delivered F-35s represent a 47 percent increase from 2018 and almost a 200 percent increase from 2016. In 2020, the aircraft manufacturer plans to deliver 141 F-35s and is prepared to increase production volume every year to hit peak production of F-35s in 2023.
