VIDEO – JAPANESE ‘AIR FORCE ONE’ AND ‘AIR FORCE TWO’ DEPARTING FROM AMSTERDAM AIRPORT FOR THE LAST TIME

AMSTERDAM AIRPORT SCHIPHOL – January 10, 2019. Last month Japan’s Prime Minister Shinzo Abe visited the Netherlands with the ‘Air Force One and Two’ for a one day visit to Dutch Prime Minister Rutte. This was unfortunately the last time ever that the JASDF B747 visited the Netherlands. The 2 JASDF B747s – Air Force One and Two – will be replaced by the B777 in April 2019.

The Air Force One and Two are always traveling together. Air Force two is a back up plane with maintenance crew and other JASDF personnel onboard.
