BRITISH AIRWAYS FLIGHT ENDS UP IN SCOTLAND INSTEAD OF GERMANY

LONDON – A British Airways flight from London to Düsseldorf ‘accidentally’ landed in Edinburgh last Monday. Passengers on the BAe 146-200 did not notice the error until the crew announced that the landing was being deployed at Edinburgh Airport. BRITISH AIRWAYS WILL REPLACE ITS 747 WITH THE BOEING 777X

LONDON – British Airways has confirmed that they will replace its fleet of Boeing 747s by the new Boeing 777X. According to Boeing, British Airways will purchase 18 aircaft of the 777-9 model with an option for 24 more.
