LONDON – British Airways has unveiled the 4th and final retro livery in honor of its unofficial 100th anniversary. The last retro livery will be the ‘Negus’ livery, which British Airways flew with between 1974 and 1980.
The Negus livery now returns on a Boeing 747 with registration G-CIVB. The aircraft is currently being painted in Dublin and will be back in service later this month.
British Airways previously painted an Airbus A319 and 2 Boeing 747s with a stunning retro livery to celebrate its centennial anniversary.
