The Dubai Airshow 2019 was held on November 17 – 21 at Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC), also known as Dubai World Central, in Jebel Ali, 23 miles (37 kilometres) southwest of Dubai. The airshow began life in 1986 as Arab Air. The show has grown fast since then and has evolved to become one of the largest and most important aerospace events in the world. The 2019 edition was the biggest show ever with 1,300 exhibitors, media representation from every corner of the globe and 165 aircraft on display.
