RUSSIAN AND CHINESE STRATEGIC BOMBERS ON FIRST JOINT PATROL IN ASIA-PACIFIC REGION

The Russian Air Force has released footage of its Tupolev Tu-95MS Bear strategic bombers, accompanied by Chinese Air Force Xian H-6 bombers. It’s a first-of-its-kind joint patrol of their long-range aircraft in the Asia-Pacific region, the Russians said.

Japan and South Korea claimed earlier that the bombers violated their airspace. According to the Russians and Chinese their mission breached no international rules or borders of other countries.
