FEMALE PILOTS FLY EMIRATES SKYCARGO BOEING 777 FREIGHTER TO 4 CONTINENTS TO MARK INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY

DUBAI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES (UAE) – Female commercial airline pilots were a rarity in the past century, but not anymore. They are getting more ordinary now in the 21st century, as you can see in this awesome Emirates video. Follow the adventures of Emirates’ all-women flight deck crew, who operated a multi-stop Emirates SkyCargo Boeing 777 Freighter trip, covering 6 cities across 4 continents to mark International Women’s Day on March 8. Watch how these cool ladies fly high!

Captain Ellen Roz from the U.S. and First Officer Heidi McDiarmid from Australia flew 30,000 kilometers in 10 days, carrying over 300 tons of cargo, ranging from fresh flowers and fruits to pharmaceuticals.

These awesome ladies operated the Boeing 777 Freighter on 5 flights, serving the Frankfurt – Mexico City – Quito – Aguadilla – Amsterdam – Dubai World Central Emirates SkyCargo route.

They were joined by Captain Heather Wolf from Canada on the Frankfurt-Mexico City sector.
