British Airways partners with Aston Martin for the production of a very exclusive car; the Aston Martin DBS Superleggera Concorde Special Edition.

The stunning Aston Martin has details that refer to the iconic Concorde – the supersonic passenger aircraft – 10 of which were once built in Britain. An awesome powerful jet which at 50 has past from being a technological marvel to an icon.

The silhouette of the Concorde appears on the roof, the car is painted in the red, white and blue colors of British Airways, and titanium is used in the sports car that was also used in the supersonic aircraft.

Each car is provided with its own registration number, approved by the British Civil Aviation Authority (CAA).

The Aston Martin DBS Superleggera Concorde Special Edition will be available in a limited edition of 10 cars, starting October 2020 for the equivalent of 375,558 euros ($ 415,320). Part of the proceeds goes to a training fund for disadvantaged youth.

Where the Concorde had impressive specs and broke many records as a supersonic passenger aircraft, this Aston Martin supercar has some pretty impressive specs too! The Superleggera only needs 3.4 seconds to accelerate to 100 km/h (62 mph) and its max speed will reach an amazing 340 km/h (211 mph). Not supersonic, but the Concorde is honored in a great way by this incredible supercar.
